Twin photographer Lake Zurich | Golden Photography

Oh man, twins!  I loved this session and photographing these adorable twin boys over in Kildeer, IL.  Honest.  Everything about them was adorable so I just had to share a few of their photos on the blog.

I met this family through a referral from friend of mine.  I haven’t had twins at the studio in quite awhile but I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me.  Not only do I have to keep one kid happy with me, I had to get TWO!  However, they made my job easy and they were both pretty laid back boys.  I know mom and dad also worked hard for those smiles, so I definitely want to give them some props for helping me!  Although I am a sucker for the serious faces, as well.  Especially when they have amazing eyes like these boys.

The evening of their session was probably one of the hottest, stickiest days we’ve had this summer.  And don’t get me started on the mosquitoes – they were out of control!  However these adorable little boys were such troopers and had no problems with any of it.  I, on the other hand, wearing my jeans and bug spray to help protect me from getting bites, got eaten alive.  My deet-ed up spray that I bathed in before the session?  Useless!  Jeans?  Let’s just say they found a way through them and I ended up with bites where I was well covered.  Lovely.  But well worth it!
