Little C | Chicago suburbs newborn photographer

Oh my, what a little ball of squish she was!  Or maybe big ball of squish?  Seeing she was 10lbs at birth, I guess big ball of squish is more appropriate.  I photographed her mom a few weeks back in the city and I never would have guessed baby C would have been much bigger than average.  Then again it must be because she is tall (my little girl was fairly big, but I am also very tall).  Maybe it’s a trend.

Regardless, her newborn session was just beautiful and her parents made the drive from Chicago to my Lake Zurich studio in the Northwest suburbs.  I know with a newborn new parents are tired and stressed, but in the end when they see their photos they understand having this type of session was all worth it.  She was one of my last newborns of 2014 and I’m so glad she let me end the year on a such a high note!

Also, I am by no means a pink lover, but I really do love this pinky color on her.  I’ve also been beyond blessed lately with newborns with gorgeous skin – she was no exception!
