New and growing families are both fun for me. And this one was both – a new Golden Photography family AND a new baby was on the way! Woo hoo! Plus, they’re pretty darn adorable, so it was like a super win for me. It was an overcast day, but we had some amazing sun peeking out at the very beginning for this beautiful momma’s solo photos. Maternity photography is best done between 32-35 weeks and newborn photography is best done when baby is close to 2 weeks old. Because I take a limited number of sessions a month, it is best to schedule them in advance to ensure availability. Both can be scheduled early in your 2nd trimester.
