Child Photographer Lake Zurich IL

Ooooooh, you sweet, sweet child.  What’s a better way to remember your kid’s personality at 1 than with a milestone photo session? She was all kinds of sweet and spicy, so seeing that personality shine is so neat to see in my camera.  Mom brought her favorite little maraca (and she would have shaken that thing the whole session if I let her) and her blankie and I provided the rest!  It was springtime, so the simple backdrop was just perfect to keep than clean feel.

My favorite?  Her thigh wrinkles! And the way she would snuggle with her blanket by smooshing her face into it.  It’s the last photo if you want to scroll to see what I’m talking about.

Oh 1 year olds.  They are entering the age of BIG FEELINGS.  And it also marks a milestone for you – that you survived the first year!

I would love to meet your little and photograph them in my studio.  I have a whole closet filled with outfits just for these types of sessions, so email me and let’s chat! I have a studio in downtown Lake Zurich that’s filled with simple props, backdrops, and clothing.  Or if the weather is nice my favorite are sunset sessions.  It’s best to contact me a month or two in advance to ensure a spot on my calendar, but don’t hesitate to reach out!
