K family | Crystal Lake IL newborn photographer

I’m always in awe of how great the local photographers here get along and aren’t afraid to network and share referrals with each other. This family was actually a referral from another newborn photographer in the area and I am honored she sent them my way!

They were absolutely a blast to work with. Dad was prepared! Mom helped herself to my closet (which is exactly why I have it) and they found a cute little dress at my studio for their daughter to wear, as well.

And bless this dad. He’s much like my husband and is outnumbered now with two daughters, haha. But they’re a gorgeous family! Look at their sweet girl’s full head of hair, too. I love it!!!

That sweet little profile in the last photograph is my favorite. Ooh, and her little feet popcking out of her wrap on the white flokati rug are pretty adorable, too.

Isn’t she gorgeous??? She was such a great sleeper and I was more than happy to squeeze in as much as I could while she was asleep.

If you’re in the Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills, Barrington, Lake Zurich, or Vernon Hills area I I would love to photograph your newborn. I take a very limited number of appointments a month so scheduling during your 2nd or 3rd trimester is best. I have everything in my downtown Lake Zurich, IL studio you need, so there’s not need to go buy special props, hats, or wraps. I have it all!
