Lake County newborn photographer

Oh sweet, sweet baby J.  Words cannot describe what a little chunky peanut you were for your session.  Chunky cheeks and fat rolls – a newborn photographer’s dream!

This wonderful family was introduced to me through a mutual friend (and this mutual friend was introduced to me by yet another mutual friend).  She purchased a gift certificate for them to come into the studio for their newborn photos – what an awesome friend and just as awesome gift, might I add.  This little guy’s momma is a NICU nurse so she was right at home cuddling with her own baby boy.  As a first-time mom, she was so relaxed and chill when she was in the studio.  Then again, I guess she’s had a lot of practice being around newborns – she’s a real pro!

I love how content these parents (or any parents, really) are with their new babies.  Look at the collage above and tell me you can’t just feel it?  Beautiful.  Posing them so snuggly and curly is only able to happen during those first 2 weeks after they are introduced to the world.  One of the many reasons to book your session early to ensure you are able to have a newborn photographer – to get those amazing, love-filled poses that slip by so fast.
