Lake Zurich photographer

Last week I blogged their maternity session so it makes since I post their newborn session now, right? They live super close to the studio – I wish my commute was just as short as theirs! Haha.

Their sweet boy was so good, too! He barely made a peep during the whole session! Of course, the tradeoff is that is makes my job easy (well, easy-ish) to get him curled into the various poses while keeping him asleep. It doesn’t happen often, believe it or not!

He did wake up at one point and I took advantage of all of his expressions. You cannot miss those photos as you scroll! Lots of stretches and yawns for this little guy! I love seeing all of those smirks and looks while they try to explore what’s around them. That series of photos may be my favorite, though. So much emotion from such a little baby, right? How cute!

Having that much variety is a good problem to have with this job.

Yes mom, I even have clothes for you if you want to wear something from the studio’s closet. No need to buy something just for photos.

I only accept a handful of newborn spots a month and most moms book during their second trimester. Please reach out as soon as you’re able to ensure you have a spot of my limited calendar. I have over a decade of experience and I promise you will also receive a beautiful gallery of your newborn, as well.
